After your order is completed, Atomic Boy Audio will provide access to your product download and license information through the order confirmation page, email, customer account, or another digital delivery method.
Complete your purchase
Make sure the email address used during checkout is correct.
Check your email
Look for your order confirmation, download information, and license email. Check spam or junk folders if needed.
Download the installer
Save the installer to a location you can easily find, such as your Downloads folder.
Keep your license information
Save your license key and order email in a secure location.
Installation
Close your digital audio workstation before installing the software. Open the downloaded installer and follow the onscreen instructions.
macOS installation
- Locate the downloaded Atomic Boy Audio installer.
- Double-click the .pkg installer file.
- Follow the installation steps shown by macOS.
- Enter your Mac password if requested.
- Complete the installation and reopen your DAW.
- Allow your DAW to scan for new plugins.
Plugin formats
Your purchased product may include one or more of the following formats:
Common macOS plugin locations

Installation locations may differ by product or installer version.
If macOS blocks the installer or application, open System Settings → Privacy & Security, locate the blocked item, and choose Open Anyway or Allow Anyway when available.
Activation
Some Atomic Boy Audio products require activation before they can be used. Your license key is delivered after purchase.
Open the plugin
Launch your DAW and insert the Atomic Boy Audio plugin on a supported track.
Locate the activation screen
The product will display an activation window or license entry field when activation is required.
Enter your license key
Copy the license key exactly as shown in your delivery email.
Complete activation
Submit the license and wait for the confirmation message.
License Information
Your license key confirms that you are authorized to use the purchased product. Keep your license information private and secure.
- Do not share your license key with another person.
- Do not post your license key publicly or include it in screenshots.
- Do not upload purchased installers or product files to file-sharing services.
- Keep your order number and purchase email for support verification.
- Contact support if you lose access to a valid purchase or license.
License limits, device limits, and activation methods may vary by product. Product-specific terms shown during purchase or activation also apply.
Finding the Plugin in Your DAW
After installation, your digital audio workstation may need to scan or rescan its plugin folders before the product appears.
Restart the DAW after installing the plugin.
Confirm that the correct plugin format was installed.
Run a plugin scan or rescan from your DAW preferences.
Check the manufacturer list for Atomic Boy Audio.
Check the appropriate Audio FX, Dynamics, or plugin category.
Make sure the DAW version supports the installed format.
Logic Pro
Logic Pro uses the Audio Units format. Open the Plug-in Manager and rescan the Atomic Boy Audio plugin if it does not appear.
Ableton Live
Open Live preferences, confirm that Audio Units or VST3 is enabled, and rescan the plugin folders.
FL Studio
Open the plugin manager, confirm the VST3 location is included, and run a plugin scan.
Studio One, Cubase, Reaper, and other DAWs
Confirm that VST3 scanning is enabled and perform a plugin refresh or full rescan.
Troubleshooting
The installer will not open
Confirm the download completed successfully. On macOS, right-click the installer and select Open. You may also need to approve the installer under System Settings → Privacy & Security.
The plugin does not appear in my DAW
Restart the DAW, confirm the correct format is installed, and run a full plugin rescan. Verify that your DAW supports AU or VST3 on your operating system.
My license key is not accepted
Copy and paste the key directly from the email. Remove any spaces before or after the key. Confirm that the license belongs to the product you are activating.
I did not receive my license email
Check spam, junk, promotions, and filtered folders. Confirm the email address used at checkout. Then contact support with your order number and purchase email.
The plugin opens but audio does not pass through
Confirm the track is routed correctly, the plugin is not bypassed, and input or output levels are not muted. Test the plugin in a new empty session.
The plugin causes an error or crash
Restart the computer, test a new session, and confirm that your operating system, DAW, and plugin version are supported. Include crash details when contacting support.
Product Updates
Product updates may include bug fixes, performance improvements, compatibility updates, and new features.
When an update is available, download the latest installer from the delivery method provided with your order or customer account. Close your DAW before installing an updated version.

What plugin formats are available?
Available formats are listed on each product page. Squeeze may include AU, VST3, and Standalone formats for supported macOS systems.
Can I use Atomic Boy Audio plugins commercially?
Yes. You may use the software in personal and commercial music, audio, video, and media projects, subject to the software license terms.
Can I share my installer or license key?
No. Installers, downloads, license keys, and customer account access may not be shared, resold, or redistributed.
Can I install the plugin on Windows?
Only install the product on operating systems listed as supported on the product page. A macOS installer does not install or run on Windows.
Do you offer refunds?
Because products are delivered digitally, sales are generally final after download or license delivery. Review the Refund Policy and Terms of Service for details.
